Now that you’re signed up, you’re probably wondering what’s the best way to get the most out of your membership. First of all, you’ll need to create your first support ticket using our members-only Support Center. The Support Center allows you to request remote support and easily track the progress of each issue you submit. To get started, click on the “Support Center” link on the menu above.

Our first remote support session will take care of installing our remote support software, installing our partner’s Award-Winning Antivirus Software (included in your subscription) and performing a system tune-up on your any computers covered by the plan.
